This document outlines my daily diet. I generally eat the same thing on a daily basis during the work week. It focuses on protein goals and an anti-aging diet. There is a second version for Paleo diet, which I am experimenting with.
There is an entire README section that outlines notes about the diet and how to modify it for your needs. Footnotes also add context to certain sections. Meal times are included for context. Meals are broken up into two sections: food & drink.
