My 5-day workout plan is ideal for people who want to look and feel amazing without spending hours in the gym. Each day/workout is about 1 hour.

This plan is focused on strength training and core engagement. It is intended to produce a lean, muscular body that tones a photogenic build.

The full routine is outlined in a 7 page PDF, including notes and tips. I also include hyperlinks to my workout routines in MyFitnessPal make it easy to add them to your app to start tracking your progress.
